Opened in November 2012, Aspen is a 4-bedroom 2- bath 2,000 square foot house. Completely renovated in 2012, the home features hardwood and tile floors, granite countertops, and updated hardware and fixtures. All bedrooms have large closets. There are two living rooms as well as an enclosed sun room. Residents can enjoy fresh-picked grapefruits from the tree in the backyard.

The Capital Metro Bus Routes 240 and 142 have stops 1/2 mile from the house. There are bus stops for three additional routes within one mile and the Kramer Lane MetroRail station is two miles from Aspen. The Domain and Arbor Walk shopping centers are nearby.
